this reminds me of the confetti i often found on streets throughout italy after the holidays and carnevale. it's the happiest thing to come across when you're looking down.
Erin, I've returned to these photos a couple times over the last couple days. Usually parties look kind of sad the next day (red solo cups everywhere, torn decorations, and a sticky floor). But these just cheer "something wonderful happened here!". Such a gift to have had your camera with you.
all photos on this blog were snapped by me unless otherwise noted. if you see something that you'd like to share, please be sure to provide a link back to this space. thank you!

ReplyDeleteisn't it? i'm usually a fan of a slightly more natural approach to decorating the outdoors, but i admit i was taken with these little sparkles!

ReplyDeletehow pretty ... i love confetti and weddings!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! And I agree with Sam - usually parties the next day look the sad remnants of a party, not at all like what you've captured here!
ReplyDeleteI love this! love love love.
