With your new longboard in mind, this made me think of you: a shelf that holds your wheels up off the floor in a small space http://www.fubiz.net/2015/07/23/wall-ride-design/

i love that my first comment on your beautiful site will be about this… where did you find that toddler seat? i've been looking for something non plastic for awhile now for my 13 month old daughter.

It's a hand-me-down! I think my sister found it on Etsy!

Lovely. Good luck with the sunglasses – I used to have some chess with putting them on Orla when she was asleep and her sometimes not realising when she woke up! Ha! Now she will wear them by choice, but often at unusual times, eg with wellies and a toy vacuum cleaner in the kitchen.

I really like those sunglasses; I always mean to buy some, but then I end up losing them. By the way, when is your book coming out again?

Are you potty training? Go for it early! It is so worth it — it can take years longer otherwise. Looks like a very cute potty seat you found.

We're gearing up! Might give Faye another little bit getting used to being on two feet, but we're going to start using the potty when we can!

would love to hear how you get on with headspace. I've done all the 3 intro level series, and am now on the self-esteem pack (with the occasional SOS!). I've also tried the 'eating' duo which has made a big impact.

Do you mind sharing where that bag is from!? Are you using it as a diaper bag or every day bag?? I'm on my last nerve with mine.

That last one? It's my dad's travel duffle from Filson. We just use an old tote for our diaper bag (and lately I've been going even lighter and using a Junes bag, which weighs next to nothing!). Hope that helps!

I had to look up what a Junes bag was.. ha! That is impressive to say the least! Been looking for more of a backpack style. We have so much bulk with cloth diapering.. I don't know how you do it!

    • Reply admin July 29, 2015 at 11:46 pm

Oh man, the cloth definitely is bulky! I love the June's bag because it fits on the umbrella stroller handles! And then I don't care as much that I'm carrying around a day's worth of dirties šŸ˜‰ Have also definitely used a backpack! Storq has a great diaper-specific one! And Moop Barnacle Bags, Infusion Fibers, and Shelter all make other favorites of mine! (After several months of using ours, I'd say the Everlane backpack is a little on the clunky side and a little hard to adjust!
