my week in objects (mostly).

April 17, 2009
five little things that made my week.

1. this decision.308679985_c9e7e30d1b
{because it’s now official that i’m going to go back to school and moving to this fabulous city}.

2. this photograph.mailbox
{because when i walked by the church where this mailbox used to perch, i noticed that someone had replaced it with a new one. so glad to have this}.

3. this cake.cake
{because james and i made it, and didn’t come out all sloppy and gross}.

4. this vintage fridge.fridge
{because it appeared in my neighborhood out of nowhere. and it is so pretty. more on vintage fridges later}.

what little something made your week?

I love the picture of the mailbox! Sounds like you have exciting things in store for yourself 🙂
My week? I took pictures everyday which is a goal I always have but don’t always meet. I got some fab new vintage buttons and trims for creating. A good blogging week too.
    Have a great weekend!

I keep on crying when I listen to Susan Boyle!

Sometimes I like to photograph the “simple things” because people tend to overlook them. Yesterday I posted a still life image I did of the wildflower chicory. Today I posted a still life image of black-eyed susans. Come visit my flowers at http://photographyhints.blogspot.com

Haven’t you heard the rumour that Susan Boyle is Darren Hayes in drag? That was hilarious!! It was all over Twitter.
Her singing made me cry, though.
