1. these red nails.

{because i decided, why not}?
2. these colored pencils.

{because i used them this week for a creative project}.
3. this blanket.

{because it kept me just a little bit warmer during this very cold week}.
4. this red thread.

{because it's from a travel repair kit. and it was just what i needed for a little valentine's project}.
5. these heart-shaped shadows.

{because it's awfully nice to watch heart-shaped shadows bounce on the wall in the late afternoon sun}.
what little something made your week?

Sounds like a perfect week! I especially love your photo of the heart shadows on the wall... How sweet!
ReplyDeletekeep rocking the red nail!!! so fun right? love the heart shadows too ;))
ReplyDeleteLove the heart-shaped shadows..very fitting :)
ReplyDeleteWhat actually made my week was a one-hour stint doing yard work..oh and Audrey Hepburn's movie Roman Holiday afterwards.
your posts always make my week :)
ReplyDeleteYaY for creative projects and warm blankets.
ReplyDeleteI love the heart shadows. So pretty - along with the red nails! Nothing better than a classic red. Happy Weekend/Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteI just love that red thread image. Your heart shadows are lovely as well. You are definitely feeling Valentine's Day. This week was made special by having coffee in the park with my husband this morning, something we don't ever do on a weekday. Still smiling.
ReplyDeleteI so wish I could do nailpolish when I see photos like this. My work in the lab (and subsequent non stop hand washing) makes it pretty much impossible to keep it on for more than a day or so. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteaveda hand lotion
ReplyDeletelove your red nails and the heart shadows! enjoy your weekend. hope it's loverly :)!
ReplyDeleteI love every single one of these objects that made your week. The self portrait is especially great! Something that made my week was a little valentine sent in the mail from a dear friend which included an invitation to a tea party at her place!
ReplyDeletei really like your heart garland/shadows on the wall

finding the perfect valentine's day present (a crispy vintage map of northwestern africa - he grew up there as a missionary kid) for my man made my week....
