You are so lucky to have such gorgeous vintage signs around town! Vancouver is so new that it's definitely missing that retro element. The deteriorating ones are priceless.
still loving this series! your town has so much charm! my hometown is beautiful in its own way but everything is new so it is seriously lacking the vintage, nostalgic feel you captured in these photos.
The more you share of your lovely town, the more I'm becoming more enamored. Your photographs are so wonderful -- I really appreciate the old type and fading fronts.
I've long thought about doing a similar thing with the little town that I'm living in.
And, I've thought about capturing some of the mid-century modern architectures or nuances in and around the town. A unique looking 1960s McDonald's has recently been torn down and I'm disappointed that I don't have a picture of it.
These are just beautiful. They present a lovely nostalgic feel.
